How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?
Depending on whether or not you paid for overnight shipping, your order can arrive in as little as 1 day or 2-7 business days in the continental USA.
What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?
We are happy to process returns or exchanges on most unused parts and accessories. You will want to contact us for an RMA. Read more about our return policy here.
What happens if you send me the wrong part?
We’re sorry, we’ll take care of our mistake, and it won’t cost you anything other than some inconvenience. However, Suburban Auto Parts can’t be responsible if we shipped you the part you ordered and it just didn’t fit. If you want to be absolutely certain of fitment before you order, try checking your car insurance card for the vehicle’s VIN. Our site will accept the VIN and make a verification of fitment.
What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?
If your part arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and contact the shipper to file a claim. We will get you a replacement as soon as possible. Please get a claim number from the carrier and keep the damaged box until the matter is resolved.
Do you ship outside the US?
Sorry, Suburban Auto Parts does not currently ship outside of the US.
Do you offer express/expedited shipping?
Yes. We offer expedited and overnight shipping options. You can use the shipping options estimator in the shopping cart before you select an option.
Can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number for your order once it is shipped. Plan for your package arrival with a secure place for the carrier to leave it. If you believe your order has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Suburban Auto Parts accepts all major payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We also honor PayPal.
How do you protect my credit card information?
We never save your payment information and our checkout process is SSL certified, so you can shop with confidence.
What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
- A full order or a portion of an order can be cancelled any time before the order has shipped.
- If an order has already shipped, you will need to contact us and arrange for a return of the order.
- A 15% return fee and/or a restocking fee may be applied to parts special ordered from the manufacturer.
Do you offer a warranty?
At Suburban Auto Parts we only sell genuine OEM parts. Each part is under a limited mileage warranty of the manufacturer’s specifications. Contact us for any warranty questions.
Why should I buy OEM replacement parts instead of aftermarket parts?
Buying OEM parts for your vehicle puts you in the best position to maintain your vehicle and protects your vehicle from damage, elongating its lifespan. Not all aftermarket parts are created equal, but OEM parts are. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer and means that the parts are directly from the factory. They may be a little more expensive, but this assures you the part will be made to your exact vehicle's specifications.
How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?
Our website uses innovative search tools allowing you to shop by the part you need, car you are driving, or VIN number. Searching by VIN number is the best way to guarantee that when your parts and accessories arrive, they are going to be the right fitment for your car. If you’re still unsure, please give us a call.
Why are OEM parts better for my vehicle? Can’t I just get a cheaper aftermarket part?
